Paradox Resort Phuket - Sha Plus, Karon

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were a little tired under my point of view until after 4 pm every day but spacious with our own private balcony and outdoor rain shower. The service was very attentive, particularly to Joe, and the staff were extremely friendly going out of their way to ensure we were being looked after. The location was fantastic, close to Karon beach and convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was varied, but unfortunately, room service and the chef's understanding were lacking. The facilities were great overall.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The beautiful Twin Bedroom Residence accommodation in the garden buildings was always kept clean and offered a peaceful environment close to the beach. The service was excellent with staff catering to specific needs such as gluten-free requirements. The location in the gated Residence section was perfect, near the beach and various dining options. Dining experience met expectations, and the facilities were top-notch.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a great location and friendly staff. While the rooms could use a makeover, they are still very clean and comfy. The dining experience was average with a decent selection. The spa services and children-friendly activities were a bonus. The pool area was well-maintained, and the hotel is in a prime location in Phuket.

Our stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were fantastic for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice lounge area, and a self-catering kitchen. Although not authentically Thai, the rooms were comfortable, especially the huge beds. The hotel's location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from Karon Beach, local restaurants, and cafe studios. The dining options were fantastic with a variety of continental and Asian dishes. The service was very nice, and the grounds were well-maintained.

I truly appreciated the peaceful and private room overlooking the resort lagoon, away from the main building near the beach. The smell of cigarettes was a downside, but the proximity to the main pool area and breakfast spot was a huge plus, especially with kids.
